Appearance: Reddish brown sticks/powder
Aroma: Cinnamon-y
Flavor: Warm & spicy
Notes: Typically Chinese-grown Cassia are harvested 4-5 years after planting, and are less potent than that of Vietnamese Origin. Vietnamese Cassia (often called Saigon Cinnamon) are harvested no earlier than 15-20 years, and boast a high oil content and a robust peppery kick.

This product is available in whole, teabag cut, and ground.
