DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?

As of 11/1/21, we implemented a $2,000 minimum product order (not including shipping) for orders submitted directly through Organic Spices Bulk Sales email. In addition, we implemented a $200 minimum product order (not including shipping) requirement for orders placed via the self-service Organic Spices Bulk Wholesale website (https://wholesale.organicspices.com).


DO YOU HAVE A DISCOUNT PROGRAM?

As of 11/1/21, we implemented a simplified discount program to reward customers who have greater needs.

Our new two-tiered discount program (discounts taken before shipping):

  • $5,000-$9,999 per order: 5% savings (enter BULK5% at checkout to receive the discount)

  • $10,000 or more per order: 10% savings


CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE CHECKED OUT?

Sadly, due to the various processing and security measures that we use, we are not able to add or remove items to orders once they are submitted. We may be able to cancel an order if the order is still under Customer Service review and has not yet been submitted to our fulfillment team.  Our process to enter orders moves extremely quickly - so the time window for cancellations is very short.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Orders received will be processed and ready to ship within business 48 hours. Please allow up to 1-2 extra business days for the scheduling of LTL shipments. Please note that our business hours are from 5:30am-2pm PST Monday - Friday and carrier pickup times vary.

  • In addition to the UPS and FedEx options listed at checkout, here is detailed information on how to use your own shipping account and for LTL Shipments:

    • LTL Freight- Arranged by CUSTOMER after order is ready to ship (only Pallet orders over 220lbs)- OSI will email you the Pick Up Details/Pallet Information when the order is ready. You will schedule the LTL Freight pickup with your selected carrier. Prior to pick up, you will then provide the Bill Of Lading (BOL) to OSI at the time of booking the required pick up appointment.

    • LTL Freight- Arranged by OSI after order is ready to ship (only Pallet orders over 220lbs)- Please note the average estimated range is $130-400 per pallet depending on weight and distance.

      • Credit Card Customers- OSI will email you the LTL Freight Shipping Cost Payment Link when the order is ready. This will be a separate “order” on organicspices.com. When payment is confirmed, OSI will schedule the LTL pickup.

      • Net 30 Customers - OSI will schedule the LTL pickup when the order is ready. Shipping Cost will be applied to the Invoice and sent to you. 

    • Customer Shipping Account (Please use order notes to provide UPS or FedEx account # and billing zip) - When selecting this option, please provide your FedEx or UPS account and billing zip code in the order notes.  If this information is not provided in the order notes, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Ground Shipping is the default option unless otherwise indicated in the notes.

 

  •  ORGANIC SPICES INC is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for the inability of a recipient to receive the package on the delivery day you specify, as it is outside of our scope and is to be brought up with the carrier.

  • Free shipping is not available for orders placed on www.organicspices.com


REFUNDS & RETURNS FOR ORGANIC SPICES INC PURCHASES

Please make sure your order is accurate before finalizing, including reviewing the COA to ensure the lot available meets your company’s needed specifications.   ORGANIC SPICES INC will only take returns/issue refunds on defective items or mis-shipped items and only when the return is pre-approved. Returns sent without pre-approval will not be processed.

To obtain pre-approval, please reach out to the Logistics Team within 14 days of your delivery date. To help us investigate the quality of the product and determine the best solution, please provide the following information:

  •  Your order #

  • The item in question

  • The item's Lot #

  • A picture of the issue

NET 30

NET 30 terms are available to approved business customers by filling out the application for credit (available here).


CUSTOM BLENDS

ORGANIC SPICES INC would be happy to work with you on custom blending and we can use your recipe. ORGANIC SPICES INC has an order minimum of 500 lbs per blend and all ingredients must be available in our inventory. Please contact us for more details.


Co-PACKING

ORGANIC SPICES INC provides co-packing or private label service packing. Please contact us with your inquiries.
