Chimichurri is a sauce or condiment, similar to pesto, that originated in Argentina but is used all over South America. This seasoning can be blended with oil or vinegar to make a paste. It is herbal and refreshing with a little kick of heat. Try it on a sandwich, as a salad dressing or drizzled over your next taco.

To make a zesty taco sauce, combine 1 tablespoon seasoning with 1/3 cup olive oil, juice of 1/2 of a lime and salt. Combine together and drizzle away!
